Deep Tissue Massage:
This therapy is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle and the connective tissue. This type of massage focuses on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscles. Deep tissue massage is often recommended for individuals who experience consistent pain, are involved in heavy physical activity (such as athletes), and patients who have sustained physical injury.

Pre-Natal Massage: 
Massage during pregnancy is therapeutic bodywork which focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of the childbirth experience. Regardless of individual circumstances, a pregnant woman's body is challenged, changed and stressed in many ways. Massage gives special attention to the mother-to-be, which in turn nurtures the new life that grows within her.

Short Therapeutic Massage Session:
A 30 minute therapeutic massage session tailored specifically for severe tension in a clients head and neck or the quad muscle group along with the IT Band. This helps maintain pain relief in site specific areas of pain which the client has on a chronic basis. For pain maintenance.

Sports Massage:
Athletes report that a sports massage helps them train more effectively, improve performance, prevent injury, and recovery quickly. Therapeutic sports massage is a type of massage technique that focuses on treating soft tissue aches, pain and injuries that are associated with recreational activities. Massage can reduce muscle stiffness and improve relaxation by reducing heart rate and blood pressure. 

Oncology Massage:
Specific drug treatments, side effects, and corresponding massage guidelines are discussed along with each medical condition. Therapists can use massage therapy to better engage with their clients and touch them with intention and assurance.  Good information management and clinical decision making can be powerful tools that transform a complex, uncertain and sometimes painful situation into a healing, comforting, and even joyful experience.
